Research and Knowledge Management service line serves as the engine of CDC Consult providing best practice in the various sectors we operate in. The service line provides clients with research, survey, evaluation and assessment services. Specific services include, industry studies and surveys; baseline studies; market and consumer research; impact assessment; monitoring and evaluation system designs and closeout evaluations. The service line has supported national baseline studies and impact assessment in areas such as microfinance, and financial literacy.
